Ona Princesa Playa - Marbella

The house is located directly on the beach and is within walking distance of the old town. We were lucky to get an apartment with sea view and balcony. The equipment is practical. . There is a parking garage nearby (discounted over accommodation 16,-€ per day). Everything is very well maintained and the room is cleaned daily. The pool on the roof is also very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the building is very noisy, so you sometimes thought the neighbors were in the same room. . The air from the air conditioning was not really good, but after our advice the filters were cleaned directly, but it did not really cool, which was not too bad since it was not so hot. Our advice on departure was immediately taken up and we assume that the problem will be resolved in the short term.

We were given a studio suite, it was wonderful and fabulous. The location was unbeatable and super for exploring this great area, so close to the beaches, old town and the main shopping boulevard, shops and restaurants and al the restarants on the beach front.

My studio suite was airy, huge. The location was incredible and brilliant as it was close to bars and restaurants...

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was clean,spacious and well equipped. I had never been to Marbella before and liked the sea front with all the restaurants. The location was perfect for an evening stroll. The views from the roof were spectacular. Thanks to your staff for a good holiday. Graham White

We would have appreciated a kettle - English people love to make tea! Having to pay extra for use of the safe was not ideal, but gues you have to keep your headline price down to attract business. Graham White

The studio apt. Was great for the price, clean and cheerful, with a lovely ocean view! I wish that I were still there right now! A BIG THANKS TO ALL OF THE FRONT DESK STAFF WHO HELPED MY BOYFRIEND AND I WITH OUR MANY QUESTIONS, AND HELPED TO BOOK US A LAST MINUTE TOUR TO GIBRALTAR! THEY ALL ARE WONDERFUL; EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY! I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED YOUR HOTEL TO OTHERS.

Excellent location

One bedroom apartments are very small. Beds are uncomfortable. Traffic noises very loud when balacony doors open.

Beech towel lost at pool

The location was perfect for our needs, and the rooftop pool was a hit with the kids, especially the heated water that allowed for some fun evening swims.

My wife says that the kitchen area could use more cooking essentials for families. A better selection of pots and utensils would be great to prepare simple meals.

The hotel is old and weared out. Rooftop pool is very small. Bad breakfast. Not a 4 star hotel.

I stayed as part of a group of 8 women for my hen weekend. The hotel offered excellant value for money and a great location. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable though the shower leaked (room 101) and you could hear noise from the surrounding rooms very easily. We wished the hotel restaurant/cafe/bar area stayed open later than 16.00hrs (4pm). 4pm is far too early for this facility to be closing especially as the hotel is a 4*, if you have customers in a group willing to stay and spend money then an establishment of this size and being a 4* they should accommodate. This was 4 in the afternoon not the early hours of the morning.

Had a blast with friends! Right on the beach, we loved walking to the old town and exploring local restaurants. The snack bar with fine sea views was a nice touch. The staff was super helpful, and fresh towels every day were great. Don't miss the fabulous showers. The pressure is excellent. Perfect for our group getaway!

We arrived, but our room wasn't ready even after the check-in time, and the way it was communicated was a bit off-putting. They led us to a private area to tell us. Although we got free breakfast for the inconvenience, a better check-in experience would've been appreciated.
